Who we are
PCA Trading ("we", "us") is an Adelaide-based copper trading business operating under PIPPOSTUDIO, ABN 92 680 544 370. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you contact us by email, phone, or with details about your material, we may collect: your name, company, email address, phone number, location, and any commercial information you choose to share about copper material you wish to sell. We only collect what you provide directly.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and assess the material you offer; to arrange sampling, assay, pricing, and any resulting transaction; and to communicate with you about that transaction.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Information may be shared with service providers strictly where needed to complete a transaction you have initiated — for example, an independent inspector (such as SGS, CCIC, or Intertek), a freight or logistics provider, or our bank — and only to the extent necessary.
How we store it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We retain it only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or transaction, or as required by law.
